The year 2027 is being seen as extremely important in Chinese politics. During this year, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) will hold its 21st National Congress, where a new Central Committee will be elected.

This committee later plays a key role in appointing members of the Central Military Commission, which controls China’s armed forces. Because of this, discussions around leadership transition in China have intensified.

Xi Jinping Sends a Clear Warning to Officials

Chinese state media has recently issued repeated warnings to party officials. It has said that officers who slow down work while waiting for political changes will face strict action.

President Xi Jinping, speaking at a meeting of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI), made his position clear. He said that local-level leadership changes will begin this year.

According to Xi, the party needs officials who are loyal, trustworthy, responsible, and consistently hardworking.

Is Xi Mingze Being Prepared for a Bigger Role?

Amid these developments, speculation has grown around Xi Mingze, President Xi Jinping’s only daughter. Some reports suggest that she could play a larger role in the future, though no official confirmation has been made.

Who Is Xi Mingze?

Xi Mingze was born on June 25, 1992, in Fuzhou, Fujian province. She studied at Beijing Jingshan School and later attended Hangzhou Foreign Languages School, where she learned French.

In 2010, she enrolled at Harvard University in the United States under a different name. She studied psychology and completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2014.

A Life Away From the Public Eye

Xi Mingze has always maintained a very low public profile. In 2008, she briefly participated in relief work after the Sichuan earthquake. In 2013, she was seen with her parents in Liangjiahe village during Chinese New Year celebrations.

The Chinese government is extremely strict about her privacy. In 2019, a person was sentenced to 14 years in prison for leaking her personal information online.

Some reports claim that she may return to the US to engage in academic activities linked to Harvard. However, Chinese authorities have not commented on these reports.
