The two-day International Conference on Emerging Trends in Artificial Intelligence and Computational Sciences (ICET-AICS 2026) concluded successfully, marking a significant milestone in the field of advanced technological research and innovation. Organized by Ramanujan College, in collaboration with Shyama Prasad Mukherji College for Women, the conference witnessed enthusiastic participation from scholars, students, and industry experts across India and abroad. The valedictory session was conducted online by Shyama Prasad Mukherji College for Women, reflecting the hybrid nature of the conference that combined both offline and virtual academic engagement. The session was graced by Prof. Neelam Goel, Patron and Principal of Shyama Prasad Mukherji College for Women. According to the report, the conference received an overwhelming response with a total of 284 registrations from 41 institutions, including 24 universities and 18 colleges affiliated with Delhi University. Participants represented some of India’s premier institutions, including Delhi Technological University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, various National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Vellore Institute of Technology, Netaji Subhas University of Technology, and St. Aloysius’ College. The diverse participation underlined the conference’s growing reputation as a platform for cutting-edge research and knowledge exchange. A major highlight of ICET-AICS 2026 was its extensive academic structure, featuring 17 tracks dedicated to paper presentations. Among these, three tracks were conducted offline, while 14 were held online, enabling participation from international researchers. In addition, the Poster Presentation Track included 15 research presentations, offering young scholars an opportunity to showcase innovative ideas and receive expert feedback. The conference also hosted a keynote session by Dr. Sandeep Singh Sengar, Senior Lecturer at Cardiff Metropolitan University, United Kingdom. His talk on “Advances in Computer Vision and Deep Learning” provided valuable insights into the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence. He discussed emerging trends, practical applications, and future challenges, emphasizing the transformative role of deep learning in modern computational systems. The valedictory session was efficiently hosted by Dr. Manish Kr. Singh, ensuring smooth proceedings and active engagement from participants.
